saya menghantar surat pelanjutan kontrak tutor selama enam bulan dua minggu sebelum berakhirnya bulan disember.kontrak saya tamat pada 31 disember.selepas tarikh akhir kontrak saya,saya diberitahu untuk sertakan surat sokongan penyelia,sokongan dekan fakulti,dan senarai kelas yang melibatkan saya pada semester tersebut.saya sertakan semua tersebut sebelum berakhirnya minggu tersebut.selepas itu,pihak berkenaan meminta pula notis penyerahan tesis.saya tidak dapat memberi notis tersebut kerana perlu mengulang semula satu eksperimen kerana mendapat hasil kajian yang kurang memuaskan.eksperimen tersebut siap dalam bulan mac.saya bertemu dgn penyelia utama saya untuk menghantar sebahagian daripada tesis untuk disemak.penyelia utama memberitahu saya hanya boleh menghantar notis penyerahan tesis selepas memberikan keseluruhan draf tesis utk disemak.saya menyiapkannya minggu lepas.pada hari isnin saya dapat menghantar notis tersebut, dan pada hari selasa saya dapat menghantar salinan tersebut kepada pihak pendaftar.dukacita dimaklumkan bahawa pegawai yg menguruskan perkara berkaitan pelanjutan kontrak tersebut bercuti pada hari tersebut.makanya saya perlu kembali pada hari rabu untuk mendapatkan maklumbalas.pada hari rabu,pegawai yang menguruskan perkara tersebut memberitahu,pegawai yang meluluskan perkara tersebut pula bercuti.
makanya saya akan mendapat tunggakan gaji pada hari ini.setelah 4 kali ke atm untuk menyemak baki pada hari ini,bakinya tetap RM16.45.minimum had pengeluaran untuk mesin atm adalah RM10,dan baki minimum perlu ada adalah RM10.oleh itu saya tidak mampu untuk mengeluarkan apa2 wang dari atm tersebut.melihat kedalam wallet saya,bakinya hanya RM2.20.lampu amaran minyak kereta pula sudah menyala sejak semalam.maka saya rasa anda semua dapat faham keadaan saya.
ramai yg bertanya mcm mana saya bertahan setelah 5 bulan tidak bergaji.saya ada simpanan dan telah menggunakan 50% dari simpanan tersebut.adakah saya marah?hmm...tidak marah sangat pon,cuma agak kecewa,dan redha dgn semua yg berlaku.saya punya cita2 sendiri,dan tidak mendapat bayaran gaji selama 5 bulan bukanlah salah satu daripadanya.kalau tidak mahu melanjutkan kontrak saya,apa kata terus beritahu supaya saya dapat mencari kerja lain dan tidak dibiarkan terkapai2 begini.oleh sebab kecewa dgn semua yg berlaku,maka,saya nekad.jika pon mereka memberikan tunggakan gaji tersebut dan melanjutkan kontrak saya,saya tetap akan meletak jawatan.saya pasti perkara yang sama akan berulang,dan saya pasti tidak mahu mengalaminya sekali lagi.cukuplah setakat ini.minta maaf kepada sesiapa yg terasa dgn keputusan ini,dan minta maaf juga jika keputusan ini menyusahkan sesiapa..pengalaman mengajar di sini sangat bermanfaat untuk masa depan.kepada semua yg telah membantu,terima kasih.saya akan melihat semua pilihan yg ada.mengejar cita2 juga mungkin.terima kasih.

the way back
wow.it has been a long time since i last blog-ed(bole ke past tense cmni??).well,have been busy with my writing(thesis, not blogging),teaching,volleyball,sports,karaoke-ing,not getting paid by the university,photography,and more.also did some anatomy tuition for a medical student from MSU to get some money to live.well,that's me.will always find a way to survive during the hardest of time.my dad is a police officer anyway.been thought to be like this since i was a kid.its good to be good(good ke?) in so many different areas.that will give you options when u face hardness in what you are currently doing.
anyway.since i am currently quite free now,the students are on their holiday,and i'm not in the mood to do my work,and i heard that my fellow colleague just wanted to start blogging, that remind me of this long forgotten blog.haish,i'm so not good in writing lah!tidak istiqamah sungguh hanief ni bila bab menulis.
since i'm free today, i watched a movie called "the way back".a little bit synopsis of the movie.its a national geographic production in remembrance of a group of soviet prisoners running away from the gulag camp(go google it) in siberia heading towards mongolia.initially,they thought they were about 500 km north of baikal lake,so they move south from their camp but their thought went wrong.they were actually 800km north of the lake.and along the way,they face many obstacles,from snowstorm,to freezing cold,being suspicious of each other,but finally,they got there.to lake baikal, and heading south, to mongolia.but they were dissapointed to find out that mongolia were also under communism.fearing for their safety,they decided to move further south,through the gobi desert,to tibet,over the himalayas,and finally to india,where at that time are under the british influence.from about 8-9 person at the start of their journey,only 4 completed the 4000km journey..such was the difficulties during the iron curtain cold war.a polish guy that made it to india cant get back to his homeland until 1989 when the soviet collapse.a very interesting movie about life..those who havent watched it,go watch!might be a slow and boring movie for some,but inspiring and full of motivation for others.

sambungan facts
sebab ramai yg cakap apa yg saya tulis dlm 25 facts tu byk yg diorg dah tau,so saya rasa saya nak tambah lg 5 fakta tentang diri sniri.
1-ada habit,kalo suka masuk tandas tu,akan masuk tandas yg sama je berulang kali,takde rase nak pakai tandas lain dah.
2-suka tidur dgn tilam atas lantai berbanding dgn atas katil
3-tidur mesti pakai selimut,tak kesah la tidur time tghari pon.
4-suka makan ketam,boleh dudok makan ketam depan tv smpi 3 jam tak bgn.
5-sebelum makan nasi,akan pastikan makanan dgn minuman semua tersusun elok dlu,bru bole stat makan.air kiri skali,pastu kuah,pastu sayur,pastu lauk paling kanan.
hehe..itu jer sambungan 5 facts psl diri sniri.. =)

early birthday cake
byk betol post saya pasal birthday ni kan,mcm nak bgtau semua org yg besday saya dah dekat.hehe..bukan begitu ye,tapi memandangkan ini merupakan tahun ke 25 @ sambutan jubli perak saya,maka ianya punya makna yg lebih signifikan(ayat statistik).haha..ini bermakna saya sudah suku abad hidup di dunia ini,byk yg telah dilalui,dan byk lagi yg akan ditempuhi.oh..pagi ini,selepas baru pulang dari bersahur bersama rakan2,saya dikejutkan oleh birthday cake yg telah dibeli oleh adik kesayangan saya.terpaksa menyambut birthday awal sehari kerana pg ini adik akan pulang ke kolej beliau di Kolej Profesional Mara,Indera Mahkota,Pahang.selamat pulang ye Ayin.blaja rajin2,minggu depan balik lg.haha..anak manja.
oh,btw,ini gambar2 kek tersebut.saja nak buat kamu semua terliur di bulan ramadhan yg mulia ini.heeee~

buang bayi
kebelakangan ini byk kluar berita psl org buang anak.diantara lokasi2 feveret utk pembuangan anak adalah,tong sampah (suspek merupakan seorang yg pembersih),stesen bas (mungkin sbb dia tertinggal anak sewaktu sebok mengejar bas), tangga masjid (mungkin dia tinggal anak sekejap utk pegi sembahyang,tp ade org jumpe,org ckp anak terbuang).walau apa pun yg terjadi, perkara ini harus dibendung.
bukan bendung gejala buang bayi ni sahaja,tetapi,bendungnya sebelum bayi itu dihasilkan lg.kalau kita lihat,sekarang bulan 8,so kalo kita flashback ke hari kejadian,sembilan bulan sepuloh ari sebelum itu,ianya adalah roughly pd bulan 11@12 tahun lepas..apekah yg berlaku pd bulan 12 tahun lepas?
bulan 12 adalah bulan dimana cuti semester bg IPT seluruh negara.jd,kemungkinan besar,pelajar IPT yg bru pulang ke kampung halaman melepaskan kerinduan mereka terhadap pasangan masing2 yg telah lama tidak berjumpa dek kesebokan belajar,ataupun mungkin belajar di IPT berbeza.mungkin juga,jika pasangannya adalah dari IPT yg sama,mereka melakukan 'itu' sempena menyambut abesnye exam,ataupun kerana akan bercuti panjang,lama mereka tidak berjumpa nnt,maka mereka melepas kerinduan siap2 sebelum masing2 pulang ke kampung halaman..bg yg telah bekerja pula,mungkin mereka mahu menghabiskan cuti tahunan mereka,sbb itu mereka ada masa utk melakukan semua itu..saya rase,fenomena buang bayi ini akan berulang pada bulan march,sbb itu adalah anak yg dihasilkan ketika cuti akhir semester 2 pula..
p/s: saya lahir 30/8,so,tolak 9bulan 10 ari, +/- 5 ari,mayb aku anak yg dihasilkan ketika cuti krismas?ohhhhhh~ anak sempena krismas rupanya..haha..feel free to share yours.

25 facts
since this is the month of my 25th birthday, i'm going to share 25 facts about myself.it is not often that i share it,and it might not be interesting to u guys,but if u want to know me better,here it goes.(mcm la ade org nak knal.haha)
1. was born at hospital bersalin pulau pinang, at 30th August 1985, 11:59 p.m. (anak nyaris merdeka)
2. currently working as a tutor in human anatomy,FMHS,UPM.still writing my master thesis.taktau bila nak siap
3. i like to observe people. contoh kalo pegi shopping complex, suka berdiri kat koridor n tgk org kat tingkat bawah.macam2 ada...cara jalan,ada yg jalan ikot kotak la,ade yg nak pegang2 tangan tp malu2 la..sgt menarik.haha
4. i also like to speculate on people based on their looks, appearance, and behaviour.
5. love the smell of early morning, and like to watch the sunrise, but having problems waking up early
6. hard for me to talk about my own feelings, especially if it is related to emotion. prefer to keep it to myself. mayb the connection between my limbic system and brocha's motor speech area are interrupted somewhere.
7. i play football, futsal, sepak takraw, volleyball. loves to get all sweaty and adrenalin pumping.oh,basketball and bowling sometimes.
8. have many friends, ada ramai yg kenal mcm tu je,ramai yg rapat, but only selected few(boleh kira dgn sebelah tgn je kot) who i really trust enough to share my problems with.
9. hate driving in a traffic jam.seriously!
10. loves driving at nyte,while listening to redfm late nite love songs.sbb kereta tak byk, and very relaxing.kadang2 sanggup ambik jalan jauh balik rumah,even kena tol pon takpe.asal dpt drive cmtu,especially after a very stressful day. dan juga suka buang air besar tgh2 malam
11. loves outdoor activities and xtreme sports.suka mendaki gunung. dah naik gunung ledang (2x), gunung nuang (4x), gunung irau, gunung berinchang, gunung dato', gunung panti, gunung arong. suka tgk matahari terbit dari puncak gunung. suka udara segar atas gunung. suka ketenangan hutan.dah try absailing ngn flying fox byk kali,whitewater rafting pon dah.tinggal lg bungee jumping,paragliding,scuba diving.wooooohooooo!!
12. tak suka membazir. beli apa yg perlu je. suka menyimpan duet, tapi tak kedekut. tp jgn la korg pau aku pulak.
13. having problem saying 'no' to people when they ask for any favour.even at that time i also needed one myself.slalu fikir,'takpe,arini aku tolong org,esok lusa,diorg tolong aku balik".which actually doesnt work that way in this individualistic world nowadays.anyway,i'm more than happy to help.
15. paling benci bila org ckp bende separuh jalan.tgh cerita tiba2 'takpelah'. urgh!!!kalo takmo bgtau,boleh tolong jgn ckp tak?and this happen because i want to know everything. semangat inkuiri yg tinggi la.kate nak jd scientist kan..
16. always smile. because i believe greeting people with a smile wont do me any harm. and i think if i'm not here anymore, the image of me that people will have is me smiling at them =) oh..and sbb gigi aku jongang sket,so,lg senang senyum dri buat muka serius.haha
17. jarang keluar rumah kalo tak ade org ajak.prefer to be at home,online,tido.
18. mudah terasa.kalo tetiba aku senyap masa semua org tgh bising,tu mungkin sbb aku terasa dgn seseorg,ataupun aku mengantuk.tp bila org tanya,aku jawab,eh,takde pape,sambil senyum =)
19. menyusu badan sehingga umur 4 thn.mungkin sbb itu aku ada memori yg kuat kot.memori yg paling awal aku ade adalah time kecik,mayb umor 2-3 tahun kot.pegi berkelah kat batu feringgi,pastu aku jatuh kne batu,dahi benjol.sbb tu jendul smpi skrg.
20. senang rapat dgn org,tetapi susah utk betul2 suka kat org.
21. suka tgk benda2 cantek,termasuk perempuan cantek.haha.
22. some people said i'm gifted,ayat biase 'takpe,anep takyah study pon kompem result gempak'.noooo,its not like that.life doesnt work that way. it all require hard work,and i always work hard bila org tak nampak,study tgh2 mlm,mlm before exam pulun study tak tido mlm semua.yg org nampak hanya 'anep yg kuat tido'.mmg la,siang aku tido byk sbb aku suka berjaga mlm.if there are people around,i find it distracting and i cant concentrate.that is why i prefer to stay up when others are sleeping.
23. always see detail in things..kalo tgk muka org,slalu perasan if ade pape yg tak kne, ade brape jerawat kat muka org,kalo pompuan,tudung senget la,ade kotor sket kat pipi la...bende2 yg tak penting.haha.kalo assignment student ke,paper journal ke,slalu perasan kalo ade salah ejaan.padahal sendiri pon byk yg salah.
24. tidak suka menunggu.
25. i love my mum,and i really respect my dad.kerana sbb mereka,aku jd cmni skrg.igt lg time kecik,aku demam,ibu berjaga smpi tgh mlm semata2 nak tuam kepala aku smpi aku tido.ibu masak pon sedap.hehe.ayah pulak,sgt tegas dgn aku,igt lg mse kecik,kalo tak blek rumah pukol 7 mlm,talipinggang menanti.pernah jugak blek pukol 7 lbey,tgk beg2 baju aku dah ready depan pintu rumah.tunggu dpn umah smpi pukol 11 malam,bru ibu bukak pintu bg masuk bila ayah dah tido.haha..dlu mse darjah 6,ayah pernah marah "ko kalo nak maen bola,maen betol2 sampai boleh wakil malaysia!kalo tak,baik ko blajar betol2 sampai jd doktor!!"aku mmg igt ayat ni.sbb tu aku nak jd doktor.tp xdpt gak jd doktor.haih...takpela ayah,dpt doktor falsafah pon cukop la.and jd lecturer kat bakal2 doktor.hehe..and ayah jugak tak bg aku amik lesen motor mase form 4.sbb ayah ckp,'ko kalo amik lesen motor,mst ko jd matrempit nnt'.tp aku igt,ayah yg ajar nek basikal dlu mse kecik.hehe..oh oh..come to think of it,dgn my outgoing personality and suka bende2 extreme,aku rase mmg pon,slmt laa ayah tak bg aku amik lesen motor dlu..thank you ibu,thank you ayah.i'll be a better son after this..insyaAllah.

25. i love my mum,and i really respect my dad.kerana sbb mereka,aku jd cmni skrg.igt lg time kecik,aku demam,ibu berjaga smpi tgh mlm semata2 nak tuam kepala aku smpi aku tido.ibu masak pon sedap.hehe.ayah pulak,sgt tegas dgn aku,igt lg mse kecik,kalo tak blek rumah pukol 7 mlm,talipinggang menanti.pernah jugak blek pukol 7 lbey,tgk beg2 baju aku dah ready depan pintu rumah.tunggu dpn umah smpi pukol 11 malam,bru ibu bukak pintu bg masuk bila ayah dah tido.haha..dlu mse darjah 6,ayah pernah marah "ko kalo nak maen bola,maen betol2 sampai boleh wakil malaysia!kalo tak,baik ko blajar betol2 sampai jd doktor!!"aku mmg igt ayat ni.sbb tu aku nak jd doktor.tp xdpt gak jd doktor.haih...takpela ayah,dpt doktor falsafah pon cukop la.and jd lecturer kat bakal2 doktor.hehe..and ayah jugak tak bg aku amik lesen motor mase form 4.sbb ayah ckp,'ko kalo amik lesen motor,mst ko jd matrempit nnt'.tp aku igt,ayah yg ajar nek basikal dlu mse kecik.hehe..oh oh..come to think of it,dgn my outgoing personality and suka bende2 extreme,aku rase mmg pon,slmt laa ayah tak bg aku amik lesen motor dlu..thank you ibu,thank you ayah.i'll be a better son after this..insyaAllah.

7/8/2010 - my big bro menapak selangkah lebih dekat ke alam rumahtangga dgn mengadakan majlis pertunangan dgn ili,kekasih hatinya sejak sekian lama.cewah...rombongan bertolak dri rumah kami pd jam 1130 pg,dan tiba di rumah keluarga perempuan pd jam 12.dekat je,kat bdr sri putra.rumahnye sungguh besarrrr~..kagum2..aku bertugas sbg photographer tak rasmi.hehe..congratulation to him for being determined enough to make this decision..and i wish him a very good luck with his new status.may they live happily ever after.hehe..so,here's some pics of my bro engagement ceremony.

KLCC
went to KLCC last weekend sbb uya nak bli leptop,and ade pc fair time tu.also,parents yasmeen hannan nak pergi tgk teater cuci the muzikal,so,kne la babysit budak tu.sambil2 test skil amik portrait pics..ni la sebahagian hasil2 nye..yasmeen hannan sungguh cheeky,full of expression.that is what makes her soooo adorable.(i'm not a paedo,mind you)

liverpool vs rabotniki
1. Joe cole & gerrard combination was a joy to watch
2. Milan jovanovic was not on the same wavelength yet-but certainly looked promising
3. pacheco will have to look up to joe cole and learn from him
4. Ngog need to have more composure in front of goal
5. Liverpool should be leading by 7-0 at half time
6. lucas is maturing
7. glen johnson haircut or rather hair-not-cut sucks
8. pacheco muka macam serol (member kat CUCMS)
9. martin kelly is an adequate and quality backup for the back four

4. 2017 - bcome an associate prof
5. 2020 - bcome a professor at the age of 35(wuuuutttt!!)
